Chile will host the 1st International Symposium on Food Safety (ISFS) in Santiago from December 5th to 7th with the support of OECD and Andrés Bello University (Fernandez Concha 700, Las Condes)
Conference's main topic is New Tools to Detect and Prevent Foodborne Outbreaks from Farm to Fork. During 3 days food safety experts and scientists from Chile, Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan will discuss about practices and experiences from all around the world. The ISFS is the event where local authorities such as SAG, Achipia and Sernapesca will meet local companies with a common goal to prevent contamination and create future regulations.
As sponsor of the ISFS, Austral will exhibit at the ISFS.
