V SUMMIT AND IV INTERNATIONAL EXPO INOFOOD SANTIAGO DE CHILE
INOFOOD 2017 will be held in Casa Piedra, Santiago de Chile on October 23 and 24. It is recognized at the national and Latin American level as a top exhibition organized every two years in Chile and dedicated to Food Safety, Food Quality, new trends and related technologies.
More than 50 national and foreign speakers will be present at INOFOOD Summit. The Technical Committee is already working to deliver the best program with high-level conferences and lecturers. This year, the summit will focus on 2 axes: firstly, the culture of Food Safety will be discussed through a sample of various international business cases; Secondly, Innovation, which will show among others its progress in different areas of the sector, such as safety, quality, associated technologies, basics and developments of hygiene, process technologies, challenges of applying new knowledge.
As a participant of INOFOOD 2017, Austral Chemicals Chile, will exhibit its line of liquid solutions for hygiene and cleaning (Bactox, Atocal, Clorital), in addition to its most innovative line for food safety, consisting of assessment through microbiological control equipment (Biofilmtest®, Airtest®) to the most effective and safe solutions for the prevention and treatment of microbiological contaminations (Clearzym®, Ultrad HA®) affecting the livestock industry and the food industry.
Austral Chemicals Chile's commitment is to continually seek and evaluate new alternatives that are innovative, sustainable, safe for workers and consumers, and cost-effective. Therefore we will introduce our new equipment Pure Air®, a device developed by LCB Food Safety to sanitize, deodorize and eliminate volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in food factories.
